By accessing or using Bizaxn (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Bizaxn helps local businesses request and publish web pages and directory listings. Bizaxn may offer free plans (with commercial ads) and paid plans (without commercials).

3. Plans, pricing, and payments

• Free plans: May display commercial ads to support hosting and operating costs.
• Paid plans: Remove commercials from your Bizaxn page(s). Prices are typically one-time unless stated otherwise.
• Changes: Bizaxn may change pricing or plan details at any time. Changes do not retroactively affect completed paid work.

4. Your content and permissions

When you submit content (business name, logo, photos, text, phone, email, address, and links), you confirm you have the legal right to use and share it. You grant Bizaxn permission to publish and display that content on your Bizaxn page and in the Bizaxn directory.

Bizaxn may edit formatting, layout, and minor grammar for clarity and presentation, while keeping the meaning of your content.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Bizaxn to request or promote:

• Illegal services or items
• Scams, fraud, deceptive practices, or impersonation
• Harassment, hate, threats, or harmful content
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to disrupt the Service
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of logos/photos/text

Bizaxn may reject, remove, or suspend pages or listings that violate these rules.

6. Accuracy and updates

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted. If your phone number, email, services, or location changes, you can request an update using the contact page.

7. Advertising

Free plan pages may display advertisements (“commercials”). Bizaxn does not guarantee ad content, ad availability, revenue, or performance. Paid plans remove commercials from your Bizaxn page(s), but third-party tools (like browsers or extensions) may still show their own ads.

8. No guarantees (SEO, rankings, leads)

Bizaxn builds pages to be mobile-first and SEO-ready, but Bizaxn does not guarantee search rankings, Google indexing, traffic, or leads. Search engine results depend on many factors outside Bizaxn’s control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Bizaxn makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizaxn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Bizaxn may suspend or terminate access to the Service or remove a listing at any time if there is a violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or for operational or legal reasons.

12. Changes to terms

Bizaxn may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
